53Whether the proposed site, is to be used for cinema, theatre, assembly use, place of public worship, residential logging and boarding house ? If yes,
53(A)Whether the approval certificate / NOC of competent authority has been attached?. (Jilla Magistrate and Commissioner of Police)
54Whether the proposed site has a means of access from the authorized street, as described in regulations ?
55Whether the approach road to the site from the authorized street, is in accordance with the regulations ?
56Whether the proposed development is against Urban Aesthetic of Environment or Ecology or Historical Architectural building, Heritage Building or Not in Public Interest or ?
57Whether appropriate measure has been taken to prevent liquefaction of soil, under the earthquake intensity of the area ?

62Whether the key plan of the proposed Layout is in accordance with development plan/T.P.scheme ?
63Whether the direction "North" and "Scale reading" shown on the Layout plan ?
64With reference to road level, whether the general level of plot and other physical features such as tree, nala, ONGC wells / pipelines, electric grid lines, railway lines etc. has been shown in accordance with the actual site conditions ?
65Whether the provision for approach for the proposed building unit to abutt on the existing road or proposed road has been made as per GDCR clause no. 10.4, note-2.
66Whether the general level of the building unit, laid in accordance with the GDCR clause no. 10.3, with respect to the crown of the road, in front of the plot ?
67Whether the width of the internal roads, with respect to the length of the plot is in accordance with the regulation made in GDCR clause no. 10.4 ?
68Whether the curves and junctions of the internal roads has been shown in the layout plans as per GDCR clause no. 10.4, note-5 and note-6 ?
69As per GDCR clause no. 10.4, note-3, for a building unit if abutting on Govt. nalia road (where no T.P.scheme has been made), a minimum of 9 Mts. imaginary plot boundary shall be considered from the centre of the nalia road on both the sides of the nalia.
71Whether the proposed development is in accordance, as per GDCR clause no. 10.4, note-9 & 10,
72In case of Building Unit 2000 sqmt or more whether the Common Plot is proposed as per GDCR Clause No. 10.6.1 , for Residencial and/or Commercial Use ?
